Introduction to Business Continuity
This course provides those new to Business Continuity with an understanding of Business Continuity and the skills to develop a Business Continuity Plan. The course is based around the Business Continuity Institute’s Good Practice Guidelines and the international Business Continuity standard; ISO 22301, and covers the whole lifecycle, including tips, tricks and pitfalls for anyone starting out on the process.
Incident Management
Glen Abbot will train your teams in the various aspects of managing an incident:

Media and Communications
Media and Communications is a one day course in effective media management and communications during a crisis. Attending this course will ensure that you understand how to manage the media; using them to your advantage and are able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Elements of the course include:
- Preparing media statements
- Managing a press conference
- Door-stopping
- Communicating with external stakeholders (customers, regulators, legal bodies)
- Communicating with your staff and contractors
